- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist: During my work in a hospital setting, I witnessed how many individuals are affected by diabetes and decided to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). I have been a CDCES since 2021. My certification number is 32100861. As a dietitian with additional diabetes training, I can help you to optimize health outcomes and reach your treatment goals.
- Certified Health Coach: I have been a Certified Heath Coach with the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC) since 2019. My certification number is 165499. You may ask yourself “What is a Health Coach and how can he/she help me?” A Certified Health Coach has learned evidenced-based techniques to promote motivation and facilitate long term behavior change. Several organization credential Health Coaches. My credentialing organization, NSHC, only certifies healthcare professionals.
